Customer Management menu you have three options – Customer Main,
Service Manager and Trouble Manager. Customer Main manages your
customer accounts and allows order entry of services. Service Manager
is a look up tool for existing services active or inactive. Trouble
Manager is your helpdesk / trouble ticket module that enables you to track
service problems.

- Another great feature of TOSsoft's OSS Solution is the CBSS Billing
Verification Module. This Module allows you to accept an electronic
download of your LEC bill from the Local Exchange Carrier and automatically
compare it to the data in your OSS.
