Overview

In TOSsoft’s OSS Customer Management menu you have three options – Customer Main, Service Manager and Trouble Manager.  Customer Main manages your customer accounts and allows order entry of services.  Service Manager is a look up tool for existing services active or inactive.  Trouble Manager is your helpdesk / trouble ticket module that enables you to track service problems.
